We have returned last night from Bali , and yes we experienced the “Royal treatment”. 

We were in Bali on a time share exchange visit (we had bought into one about 6 years ago on a bi-annual basis and at very good pricing) so I was aware when they phoned me what it was about.( filled in a survey at a restaurant in Nusa Dua.)

 It was raining heavy and we thought what the heck something to do for the morning and see somewhere different.

 We got assigned to Chris and we told him no bull shit please we are time share owners, so we ended up seeing a fabulous resort on the cliff tops, another one in Jimbaran, had a free lunch on him, then we said we are not interested in going further so we got our voucher for a free half day tour, 200thou rupee dinner voucher and our “free week “” voucher and left.

There were many people in there getting scammed but if you know how to work the system with time share and use the bonus weeks and take the opportunities that are available through Dialanexchange and RCI the system will work.

 So if anyone has bought in to a time share do you’re your research and make it work for you. I have had many weeks in Australia and purchased bonus weeks for Bali as well as our owner’s week we get every two years.

 

Thanks again for the scam warning for the unwary, we got hooked by the Peninusla beach one and it is a beautiful resort but we ended up at a Candi Dasa resort.
